Turku Pride 2024

TYY participates in the August Turku Prides in its own block! Whether you are a TYY organization, a member or anyone TYY-minded, you are welcome to march with us for queer rights!

More detailed information about the parade and the whole Pride week can be foundon Turku Pride's own website: https://turkupride.fi/. We meet at 11 a.m. at the Old Great Square as block number 16 and the parade starts at 12 p.m. The park party is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Puolala Park. On the day of the parade, we are recognized by the common banner of TYY and the University of Turku and rainbow overalls.

Traditionally, our organizations have brought their flag into the procession and everyone is welcome to bring their own signs and chants :).
