Advent concert

Welcome to our Advent concert! This traditional advent concert of Turku University Choir and Collegium Musicum Turku orchestra is on Friday 13th of December at 7pm, at St Michael’s church (Puistokatu 16, 20100 Turku).

This year’s program consists of pieces preformed individually by our choir or by the orchestra or both together. For example you will hear In dulci jubilo by Georg Philipp Telemann. Turku University Choir is conducted by Petrus Marjanen and the orchestra by Satu Simola.  The soloist is tenor Kalle Virtanen, a versatile master of classical and light music, and the 2021 winner of The Voice of Finland.

Get your tickets in advance at cmtorkesteri.tapahtumiin.fi online store or purchase them at the door for 20€/12€.
